Last Rites and Dalva, in partnership with Craft Spirits Co-op, are swapping spaces for a one-of-a-kind bar pop-up collab: Last Rites will take over the bar at Dalva while Dalva sets up shop at Last Rites. Expect a special menu showcasing the team from both bars, a punch card rewards program for hitting both bars in one night, and unexpected crossover cocktails that highlight Craft Spirits Coop’s selections. It’s a limited-run chance to experience two distinct cocktail programs in fresh settings—good drinks, good company, limited new merch, and a great time.
Last Rites x Healthy Spirits Rum BARREL Launch Party

Last Rites and Healthy Spirits present an exclusive rum launch party at Last Rites featuring our limited-edition Last Rites rum barrel. Guests purchase their own bottle of this exclusive rum to take home, enjoy cocktails from a curated special menu that highlights the barrel’s signature notes, and sample inventive pours and neat tastings throughout the evening. The event blends atmospheric music with expert-led pours, making it the perfect occasion to savor something rare and celebrate with fellow rum enthusiasts.
